Pyung – Heel of the Hand – Similar to the palm of the hand in the previous tutorial except the difference is that the wrist is now pulled back and contact is made with the heel of the hand rather than the palm. This therefore, makes your energy more concentrated in the smaller surface area making this technique even more powerful! Contact can be made to the same vital spots as mentioned previously, but it can now also be utilised in an upward motion because of the angle of the wrist.
